1. Overview

Crown Concierge Car Service (“Crown,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides premium chauffeured transportation and concierge services. By booking a ride, submitting an application, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Reservations & Availability

2.1 Booking Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only after you receive written or SMS confirmation from our team.

2.2 Availability

We do our best to honor every booking; peak times, special events, and weather can affect availability.

2.3 Retainer Clients

Retainer tiers include priority scheduling but remain subject to operating limits and safety guidelines.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

3.1 Standard Bookings

  • 24+ hours before pickup: no charge.
  • Less than 24 hours: full fare may be charged.
  • No-shows: full fare charged.

3.2 Special Events / Holidays

May require non-refundable deposits; cancellations may result in forfeiture.

3.3 Retainer Clients

Follow rules outlined during retainer onboarding.

4. Wait Time Policy
  • Airport pickups include 45–60 minutes grace period after flight arrival.
  • Other pickups include 10–15 minutes grace period.
  • After grace period, wait-time fees may apply.
5. Conduct & Safety

Passengers must wear seat belts, avoid smoking/vaping, and treat chauffeurs respectfully.

Drivers may refuse service if behavior is unsafe or illegal.

6. Payments & Billing

We accept major cards, wallets, and approved invoicing. Deposits may apply.

Retainers use recurring billing unless paused or canceled.

7. Trip Changes

Extra stops or extended time may adjust pricing.

8. Privacy

We use personal information only for providing and improving service.

9. SMS Communication Disclosure
SMS & Text Messaging (ClickSend Requirement)

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to quotes, confirmations, driver updates, billing reminders, and support.

  • Message frequency varies based on interactions

Consent is not required to book or become a client.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or third-party issues. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

11. Terms Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the latest version.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
